Common questions
Audio won't play or keeps stopping.
Make sure you have a stable internet connection — soundscapes stream by default. You can also tap the download icon on any card to save it for offline use.
The sleep timer isn't stopping playback.
The timer fades audio out gradually over the last minute before stopping. If it seems stuck, force-close and reopen the app.
I want to suggest a new soundscape.
Open the app, scroll to the bottom of the library, and tap "Missing a soundscape?" — that's the fastest path to the request form.
How do I delete a downloaded soundscape?
Open the player for that soundscape and tap "Saved offline" — it'll give you the option to remove the download.
